The author has carefully and in great detail mapped out a plan to jump start your diet due to a weight loss plateau or a period of indulgence. Haylie Pomroy offers three diet plans, which she states can be adapted, somewhat, to your palate. The recipes are included in the book’s text. The exercise she suggests to accompany the weight loss plan is low impact.
I found this diet to be difficult. The recipe ingredients can be found in grocery stores, but not in every season. If you live in a warm climate, such as the author and the entertainment stars she serves, you will not have difficulty finding the ingredients. Some ingredients will need to come from a health food store.
If money is no object, this diet may be for you. I believe avoiding binges, fasting for brief periods, and increasing daily exercise, in one word, discipline, may be a more productive road to travel.
