My Thoughts

While this book contains a lot of information on good health, I felt it was more about a 30 day detox, rather than 30 days to strengthen your faith.  It would take  lot to tackle this plan.  Because of the side effects, I do not know if one could continue to work and do this cleanse. I would strongly suggest that all who attempt this cleanse, first talk to their physician and get their input on any health risks.
